In accordance to the Constitution & Bylaws of Theta Gamma Fraternity, the Grand Council conducts annual chapter visits, by which to assess a chapter’s strength & sustainability. It is important to ensure that our active chapter members are upholding the values of Theta Gamma, while also maintaining the idealistic standards of living in service. Traditionally, it is the VGEM’s responsibility to conduct the visit. The host chapter is to entertain him while at their chapter.
The following is the agenda in which the Chapter Visit was conducted, the GC Chapter Visit Reports (PDF’s), as well as a brief summary of the visit:
In January and February of 2020, before we knew anything of a Covid shutdown, the Grand Council conducted its annual chapter visits, which were presented at the 2020 GCC. As VGEM, I was able to physically visit Alpha and Delta Chapters. I am also the president of GTG, Inc, so I was able to conduct my Gamma visit over the phone. Unfortunately, I was not able to visit Nu. However, our Grand Secretary, Brother Luke Wilkinson, was able to take my place and conduct the visit with Nu Chapter. The brothers at each chapter were inviting, polite, and willing to answer any of our questions. I am proud of these young men, as they hold the values of Theta Gamma near and dear to their heart. Pushing forward, the Grand Council sees positive progress in the coming years.
